In my mind it's a simple answer. Whatever suits my mood at the time. I have a wide range of interest in music however mostly centered around rock and roll with musicians from A to Z. Personally I'm starting to enjoy YouTube more and more even though I am aware of the fact that it is tracking what my listening choices are combining that with advertising and then presenting recommendations based on algorithms of previous choices. Very often it makes quite relevant choices of artist and songs of which I've actually forgotten about which were early favorites. Again the algorithm looks at what favorites I tend to go to that were recorded in a certain time frame or what genre and then May if I don't make a choice automatically play a song according to its ranking system sometimes actually hooking me into listening for hours. I've been pleasantly surprised many times by songs that I have long forgotten.

 

As the day goes by, we are witnessing the rapid development of music in every corner of the world. Music now therefore has a wide range of kinds. Personally, I think pop music is among the most enjoyable kind. Firstly, the lyrics. Unlike rap or traditional music, which tends to be too fast to understand or so slow that makes you bored, pop music is written in a perfect speed. In that way, I can fully understand what the composer want to convey and it sometimes heal my soul either. Moreover, pop music has energetic beat and suitable rhythm so that I can relax and chill out after hard work at school.
