My favorite outdoor activity is volleyball, and I usually play with my friends in our free time. Volleyball is a team sport with six players on each team, and they are separated by a long net. The complete set of rules is pretty extensive, but in short a player begins a rally by serving the ball from behind the limit line on the back of the court. The receiving team must not let the ball touch the ground within the court, and each team can only touch the ball for 2 times before making an attack. Both teams try to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and that ball has to hit the inner ground of the court. Besides, one team can also get point from their opponent’s fault. Some of the common faults are causing the ball to land on the outside of the boundary, catching or throwing the ball, letting the ball or the arms touch the net, and contacting with the ball more than 3 times in a row. One match consists of five sets, and we need to score up to 25 points first to win a set. The fifth set is usually played to 15 points, and whoever wins three out of five sets wins the total game.
