Focus on speaking fluently and don't care about grammar to help you increase your communication
Did you notice that during the speaking and pronunciation process, how often do you stop?
Every once in a while, you will be "suppressed" a little bit more confidently and feel no longer comfortable as before. Still applying the speech exercise to the mirror above, now challenge yourself: to speak without stopping or stuttering throughout the process.
This means that your sentences will not be grammatically perfect, but it's okay! If you focus on speaking fluently instead of right, you will still understand and hear better.
Use the following sentences:
Well, let me think ...
Well, what I mean is that ...
What should I say / do now ...
Bạn sẽ cần say / I muốn biết biết khi ...
These sayings are a connection to the part you are unable to think of words or other expressions at the same time. They help overcome most voids in the talk, even helping you get used to communicating.
Also, avoid using too many "filler words" like: "ahh", "uhm", "oh", "you know", "so", "like" ... They just make you more confused and makes the listener feel tired and uncomfortable
