I come from a small village in Ha Giang province of Vietnam. My village located in the mountainous area with
many mountains.streams, and forests. The climate is cool with temperature ranging from 5-28 degree celcius
which is also the reason why many tourists really enjoy spending time here. Our main food is rice. Coming to
my village, you can see many rice terraces. People here grow rice in stair -shape and also grow some kinds of
vegetables and herbs. There are markets where people can sell and buy things, come and meet each other.
Thanks to the help of local community. a school and new roads have been recently built and the state of living
has also been improved. Local people here are very sincere and friendly. We tend to live in peace together and
preserve our traditional culture. In my village, the main community activity during the celebrated festivals are
performig traditinal songs and dances. The performance is often presented by males and females in the
celebration of a new house, weddings.... or.Long Tong Festival is one of the most important festivals among
those.
