I like my job because I get to meet different kinds of people and help them find the shoes they need. I also learn a lot about different brands and styles of shoes. The store manager is very nice and supportive, and he gives me feedback on how to improve my sales skills.

However, there are some things that I don't like about my job. Sometimes the store gets very crowded and noisy, especially on weekends and holidays. It can be stressful to deal with so many customers at once, especially when some of them are rude or impatient. Also, I don't get many breaks during my shift, only one 15-minute break for lunch. That's not enough time to relax or eat properly.

Overall, I think working in a shoe store is a good experience for me. It helps me develop my communication and customer service skills, which will be useful for my future career. It also helps me earn some money for college.
