Traditional handicraft is one of the occupations born early in the context of Vietnam's traditional agricultural society. Over time, handicraft industries developed on a family scale and gradually formed craft villages. Craft villages play an important role in the restructuring of rural economy, contributing to breaking the purely agricultural position, opening up the possibility of developing handicraft production in a reasonable way. However, in the market mechanism, handicraft villages in the province are facing many challenges.Handicraft villages in our province are facing difficulties in terms of capital, consumption market, technology... making the operation of many craft villages in a state of moderation. First of all, craft villages face difficulties because their production is mainly spontaneous, without specific planning, small-scale production, outdated technology, and uneven skill levels.Traditional vocational training has not been effective in craft villages, vocational training models have not yet attracted a large number of rural workers to participate, training quality is still limited and unsustainable.
