Traffic, which is one of the most alarming problems in Hanoi, has to solve urgently. The first problem is traffic jams. During working hours, traffic jams are common in the city. When being stick at congestion, most people ride their motorbikes on the sidewalk rather than watiting. They even don’t obey the traffic lights or signs. The actions make traffic congestion become worse. Poor road condition is another problem. While a number of car is increasing, roads are still narrow. Moroever, they are usually flooded when it rains heavily. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.
