From my point of view, hard-working is the most important quality a person needs to be able to do a job well. If you work hard, your job will be more  perfect and you can check your mission carefully. Secondly, to have a success career, you must be very knowledgeable and always eager to learn new things. The world is always changing and updated, so studying new things is very vital. Technology is developing every day, remember to always update news and open your mind as soon as you can. Finally, remember to be optimistic. Optimism helps people gain effective results and creation so that he/she can makes progress easily. If you have a pessimistic view through life, you will feel bored when doing anything. As a results, your work will never be effective and you will never be promoted.
