I wake up at 6:50 in the morning and leave for college at 7:30. I come home at 6:30pm as my college is too far off. I get my pre workout shake in and leave for gym at 7. I’m doing 3x full body workouts with 3 HIIT sessions per week currently. I come home at around 9. I prepare my meal, watch some youtube, use quora and sleep at 11. I eat only whole foods as I’m cutting right now which consists of eggs, oats, whey, chicken, sprouts, banana, veggies and brown rice.
I simply maintain it with ease because I wanna be the best and fitness is my life. It has developed some traits in me which nothing could ever have and I can truly say I’ve found my purpose. I love training hard asf and pushing myself. I have made a lot of mistakes in my 2 years of lifting both training and nutrition wise and hence I write on quora to help people so they don’t waste time like I did.
