When I started to learn English in the school, the courses were really bad because I just learned vocabulary and basic grammar, my listening and speaking skill were completely terrible. After some years I started to study English by myself again and now I am taking a course of English and I become better with this language but my big problem is sometimes practise it and it is not enough. I live in Colombia and here it is not necesary to talk in English so I have not opportunities to practise it in a real scenario with natives and not natives speakers english. 

This platform help to us to have an interactions with people around the world when we have learnt a language. I am trying to write more frequently on this site I always forget it, this is a good way to improve my writing skill.

In comparison with Spanish (my mother tongue), English is quite easy beacuse in Spanish exist many way to conjugate a verb, I don't know how you do to memorise all the verbs and its conjugations.

My experience with learning English started long long time ago when I was eight. I learned the basic at school like grammar and some simple vocabulary. But learned like that wasn't help me smart. The biggest help I got was from watching movies with subtitles and listening to music. At first you won't believe it will help, but it really useful. It's simple, the trick to learn any language, from my point of view, is to train your hearing so it becomes familiar with words and their sounds. When you do that as you watch the movie with subtitles your brain will relate some words with what it heard and sees. So the next time when you hear the sentence or the word you'll remember what does it mean without needing any dictionary. So basically that's what I did, when I was eleven years old, my teacher was really surprised that I already in the Smart English team. The trick is really makes my English fun, entertaining, also it is 98% success for all people. Now I can use English skillfull
