Nowadays, English is used in many country and recognized the main language. Each person has different way to study English. To study English well, I often do grammar exercises in grammar books anytime, listen to the program on the radio anhd E tapes to improve my listening and sometimes I also listen E songs and sing them. In addition, I always write E as much as possible and learn by heart all newwords anhd texts to be able to remember mỏe words. To ỉmprove my speaking, I speak E with my friends anywhere and anytime. Beside, I sometime watch E ( enghlish) program on TV, read short stories or newpapers in E, use a distionary for reading to study E effectively.

I have been studying English since I was in secondary, and I realized that I had gain a lot of benefits from learning that language. First, English makes me become much more confident in communicating and expressing my opinion. Through practicing in speaking class, I can develop both my communicating and pronouncing skills. Second, English is a good supporting subject for my writing skill. By following the available grammars, I can gradually know how to make more convincing arguments as well as give demonstrating examples. Third, listening skill helps me to have more focus to the details in every conversation. In that way I can collect more valuable information in just a short time. Besides, I can also develop me note-taking skills since it is necessary to have a good note while I am listening to lectures. Last, what I had learnt in reading skill can be applied perfectly in reading any kind of material. By scanning and skimming, I can understand thoroughly the main ideas of each page. In sum up, all of the four skills of English can particularly help me in a lot of aspects. I am happy that I started learning English at a very young age, and I will continue to practice it.

English had become an international language for a very long time, however a lot of young people in Vietnam still do not know about the essential role of it. We clearly cannot deny the benefits that English brings us, but we also need to know the main reason why we should learn this language properly. First, it helps us communicate with people from all over the world. It does not matter our friends are from England, Mexico, Japan or Iran; we can all share information with each other as long as we speak the same language. With English, we can confidently travel and explore many other countries since it is the most useful tool in communication. Second, English helps us reach out to the widely open world which consists of endless sources of materials. Most of the famous brands have their instruction in English, and it is compulsory that students have to learn the professional terms in English at some colleges. If we are not serious in learning English, we have already missed a big chance to access to the vast ocean of knowledge. Third, English also gives us a big advantage in finding jobs. Nowadays, most employers require their staffs to have basic or advanced English, and it is better for us to compete with other candidates if we are good at it. In conclusion, it can be said that English is the most spoken language in the world, and it can bring us a lot of benefits if we learn it properly.
