For me, that's a bad thing. When I was little, like other children, I liked watching TV very much. I used to watch for hours from morning until afternoon. However, watching TV too much gives me a lot of trouble. First of all, my eyesight is very weak now. When watching television, the eyes have to focus on the screen so they are usually stressed and over-regulated. Day by day, my vision is more and more narrowed and I could not see anything without wearing glasses. Second, if you just watch TV, you won't have time to make friends. When we become addicted to TV, we are willing to compromise our sleeping hours to watch our favorite TV serial. This will lead to a decrease in our mental health as well as the efficiency of work and studying. These are the disadvantages that no one expects. Therefore, let's limit the amount of time spending watching TV and save that time doing other useful things.
