My first-time presentation was when I was in 9th grade. It is an English subject with the topic of the presentation being to describe your favorite animal. My audience is an English teacher and my classmates. And my problem is that my English pronunciation is not good. To make the presentation a great success, I used some tips like trying to learn more vocabulary, learning how to pronounce the words that I want to use in my topic through the TFlat app, and standing in front of the mirror to practice speaking in English. When the presentation ended, the teacher English commented that I was well prepared for the content but I still lacked confidence when presenting in front of the class. Although the result of the first presentation was not very good, I’m happy that I learned a lot of good things and realized my shortcomings to improve better.
