Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports like brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.

Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.

It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and be mentally comfort, which we can easily deal with all the problems.

Thể thao thực sự cần thiết vì nó mang lại sức khỏe và trí tuệ cho người khi họ tham gia vào những hoạt động này. Những hoạt động ngoài trời như đá bóng, cricket, bóng chuyền, khúc côn cầu, chạy……..giúp cải thiện thể chất và tinh thần. Tuy nhiên, một số môn trong nhà như những trò trí tuệ, cờ, Sudoku,… lại giúp tăng sự tập trung.

Thể thao và những trò chơi rất có ích với chúng ta vì chúng dạy chúng ta về sự đúng giờ, kiên nhẫn, kỷ luật, đồng đội và sự cống hiến. Tham gia vào các hoạt động thể thao bảo vệ chúng ta khỏi một số bệnh như viêm khớp, béo phì, tim mạch, tiểu đường….

Nó dạy chúng ta phải tiến lên phía trước và bỏ qua những điểm yếu. Nó làm cho chúng ta trở nên dũng cảm, mang đến niềm vui bằng việc xóa bỏ nỗi buồn hay giận giữ. Thể thao giúp chúng ta khỏe mạnh và thoải mái tinh thần làm cho chúng ta cũng sẽ giải quyết các vấn đề dễ dàng hơn.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

Playing sport is necessary for our life.First, playing sports help us have a healthy body. Last year, I was very fat and short, so my mother advised me to play sports and since, I started playing volleyball, badminton and swimming. Now, I am taller and my muscles became firmer. Second, playing sports give us a healthy mind. It helps us relaxed, relieve stress and make us happy.
