I went to the restaurent which belongs to your company last Saturday, and I must say that it was the worst experience at a restaurent I have ever had. I came there to eat seafood . Avengers at 7 pm, but I had to leave early when the seafood did not finish due to some unwanted events. First of all, I had purchased a pair of tickets online and paid via my credit card; however, when I came to check in, the staff said that he did not receive any confirmation of my tickets and I had to buy new ones. I really wanted to watch it so I agreed with him even though I was a little bit confused and upset. I also bought a large box of popcorn and two cups of soft drink, but the service staff only gave me a medium sized box after he had charged me enough money for the large one. I did not have a chance to complain because there were too many people on the line, and he also did not mind to listen to me. When I finally found my seat inside the theater, I had to clean it up myself because it seemed that the janitor did not clean the area after the last movie. I was sitting there and wondering that why did I even need to spend a whole lot of money to get the anger and unsatisfactory. My friend was upset, too; but we tried to watch the movie because we had already suffered till that moment. However, some of the kids started to screaming and crying out loud but none of the staffs seemed to care about that. That was the last straw for us, and we decided to leave immediately even though it was just 15 minutes into the movie. I hope that you can take my complain serious and have a plan to improve your service. I will still come back for the next movie and expect a change.
