First, stand tall, with your back straight, feet a little more than hip-width apart and in a straight line.
a. Lower your body weight on your heels. Go down until your hips are lower than your knees.
b. Breathe in and go down to the squat position, and try to do 3 sets of 30 squats.
c. Look straight ahead; keep your back straight; breathe in and start bending your knees,
d. Breathe out and start getting back up until your legs straight.
e. Keep your arms in front of you and look straight. Hold this pose for 3 seconds.
