Last summer, my family and I went on a vacation to Sapa, and that was the nicest place I have ever been to. After passing through several hills that were covered in mist, Sapa finally appeared as a beautiful floating island in the cloud. There are many beautiful hotels and villas in Sapa, and all of them together create a very ancient atmosphere. The famous destination in Sapa is the Silver Waterfall, the current carries a huge amount of water down the cliffs, and it makes a sound which can be heard in a long distance. In the evening, we hang around at the outdoor market. There are many interesting featuring goods of Sapa that I did not have chance to see before. The next day we spent most of our time going out to enjoy the natural sight. The most dramatic scene here is the terraced rice fields. I have never thought that a farm scene could be this beautiful. The sunset here is also very different, and we can completely harmonize into the miraculous nature in Sapa. I love the atmosphere here, and I hope that I am able to come back here one day.

Hôm sau chúng tôi dành phần lớn thời gian để đi xem cảnh thiên nhiên. Khung cảnh ấn tượng nhất ở đây chính là ruộng bậc thang, tôi chưa bao giờ suy nghĩ một khung cảnh nông nghiệp có thể đẹp đến mức ấy. Hoàng hôn ở đây cũng rất khác biệt, và chúng ta hoàn toàn có thể hòa mình vào thiên nhiên kì diệu ở Sapa. Tôi rất thích không khí ở đây, và tôi mong rằng mình sẽ được quay lại đây vào một ngày không xa.

Last Tet holiday, my family and I went on a vacation in Sapa, and being in Sapa on the cold days is an unforgettable experience. The closer I got to the land of fog and mist, the more I thought that maybe I was lost in a forest in Europe. After checking in at the hotel, we had a short trip around Cau May Ancient Town and visited the old church. When the evening came around the corner, it was hard to see who is opposite me if there was no street light. Everything here seems always be covered in a virtual fog. The next day when the sun rose, I finally had chance to see Sapa in a clearer look. Each row of trees, lake and roof appeared as if they were in a classic picture. The scenic beauty and pristine nature of this place is the biggest attraction for visitors. We all boarded on car and went to some famous places such as the Silver Waterfall, the Stone Church, and the terraced fields. We took many pictures to preserve this beautiful scene. I ended my trip in regret; I wanted to stay there longer to discover more interesting things about this place. It is for sure that I will ask my parents for permission to come back to Sapa in the next vacation.

The first place that we had been to was the Ham Rong mountain, which was located right in the middle of Sapa Town. On the top of the mountain, we were able to see the overview of Sapa, and that was a wonderful feeling. Next, we traveled to the Muong Hoa valley, it was such a poetic place with a beautiful stream went along the villages, the rock mysterious rock fields and the colorful terraced rice fields. On the next day, we visited the caves and waterfall in Coc San; that was a pristine place with a lot of unexplored caves, so we spent a whole day to hang around and enjoy the beauty of nature. The night in Sapa was covered in a thick layer of frost, and it was like in a movie when everyone walked under the blurred street lights. On the last day in Sapa, we took time to visit some other famous spot such as the Stone Church and the Cau May ancient town, and I had to admit that every corner in Sapa was worthy to appear in art works. My road to come back home was covered in mist once again, and I tried to enjoy the very last moment in this fairy land. It is such a pity for everyone who does not have a chance to visit Sapa, and I would love to come back to this beautiful place on my next summer vacation.
