The  Moha Sangkranta  Festival is an exciting traditional holiday. It is celebrated not only in south Vietnam but also in some other parts of Asia as well, such as Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and  Sri Lanka....  The festival usually starts from mid-April according to the solar calendarr, This festival is very meaningful, a lot of people join the festival every year, Festival participants often go to pray at temples, wishing for good luck, After finishing the traditional rituals they will dance traditional dances to celebrate the festival and all of the above activities take place during the three days of the festival, 

Chrismast holiday is one of the most popular fesstival in the word. It occurs on 24th and 25th December but it starts from the beginning of the month. During the holiday, people gather together to decorate house, prepare delicious meal and spend time doing good things. People share thought, feeling and opinion to each other. They also behave well with others to show their kindness, love and care for both relative and friends. The most well-known symbol is Santa Claus- the imaginary old man with long, white hair and beard with a red coat who children believe to bring them presents at Christmas. To sum up, Christmas is one of the most meaningful holidays of the year for people to stay together and take a rest after a hard working year.

Five years ago, I attended a very big festival in Ha Noi. It's called 1000th Anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi Festival. There are a lot of activities in this festival such as fireworks display, military parade, music performances, ect. It was organized very splendidly because the organizers are the Viet Nam government. Millions of people came to Ha Noi to participate in this great festival. It was held for ten days from October 1st 2015 to October 10th 2015. I saw lots of fireworks, parties, parades during these days. It was interesting. I took so many pictures on this festival because there were plenty of beautiful scenes. We organized this great festival to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi.
